HOT Emerging Cle: The Last Five Years Emerging Cle tours are designed to showcase (or show off) the city’s exciting developments to ex-pat students and Y Ps? home for the holidays. But you can go, too. This year’s tour focuses on how Cle changed in the last 5 years, since the inception of Emerging Cle. You’ll check out the city’s booming artists’ live-work district, EcoVillage, the new HOPE VI developments in Central, Lincoln Park Baths in Tremont, Gordon Square and Heritage Lane.
