Wall Eye Gallery is love. The gallery’s newest show, aptly named Altruism, is an outpouring of creative energy and charity. Eight NEO artists selected their fave local nonprofits. These lucky orgs will receive a portion of their artist’s proceeds from the show. As if that’s not cool enough, Wall Eye Gallery will then match this for a total donation of 30%. Also:
The Wall Eye Gallery partners will also be showing work in the lower gallery, and will pool their monies to benefit one organization. In addition to the artists’ donations, there will be raffles on both nights with proceeds being divided equally among the selected organizations. Raffle items include gift certificates from Arrabiata’s Italian Restaurant, La Barberia Salons, and more. Patrons will also be able to donate directly to any or all of the organizations without making a purchase of artwork.
