Summer’s all about outdoor street festivals. After all, there’s noting better than getting out, enjoying the day and savoring the city. All you need is a lemonade in hand. Here’s another fest to check out, especially if you’re a fan of the blues: The Downtown Canton Blues Festival, happening on Fri 6/18 and Sat 6/19. This fest is free and packed with the best blues around, via the likes of Elvin Bishop, Hot Tuna Electric, Mr. Stress Blues Band, John Lee Hooker, Jr., Ana Popovic and others. It’s the perfect excuse to hang out in Canton for a day or two.
