Holden Arboretum is kicking off their Garden Concert Series next Tue 7/27 with the Royal Eijsbouts Traveling Carillon, based at the Chime Master System’s headquarters in Norfolk, Va. played by carillonneur George Leggiero Jr. of the Church of the Covenant in Cleveland, Ohio.
Weighing more than five tons, carillons are the world’s heaviest musical instruments! All garden concerts are free and open to the public. Each performance starts at 6:30 and should last about one hour. Bring a lawn chair or blanket.
