Mad for the Marx Bros.? The Cinematheque is showing the Marx Brothers’ first seven comedies — from The Cocoanuts to A Day at the Races — from Fri 7/9 through Sun 8/22. The series kicks off on Fri 7/9 w/ The Cocoanuts showing @ 7:30PM. But go early for Groucho’s Garden Party @ 6PM in the Cleveland Institute of Art’s lovely courtyard. Dress up as Groucho Marx and treat yourself to Marx Bros.-themed refreshments: animal crackers, lemonade, tutti-frutti ice cream, etc.
