The event’s primary goal will be to share some of the most creative and unique food and drinks the Cleveland area has ever seen. Bizarre offerings such as Liquid Nitrogen Tomato Mozzarella Basil Salad, Bacon PB&J’s, Liquid Ravioli are only some of the things to be expected from this one-of-a-kind event. Mixologist Mike Gulley has created some special cocktails for your enjoyment which include Mom’s Apple Pie, Vodka Nicoli and Liquid Nitrogen Jack & Coke.
