Raise funds for hospitality education while watching Tri-C students battle it out in a food competition on Wed 11/3.
What’s cooking?:
The epicurean offerings at the fundraiser center on a 45-minute food challenge posed to talented Tri-C students interested in the culinary arts who are teamed up with talented area chefs (like fire food and drink’s Doug Katz, Andy Dombrowski of Chinato, Moxie’s Jonathon Bennett and Flying Fig’s Karen Small). The friendly competition will be evaluated by restaurant critic, editor and guidebook author Douglas Trattner; author, journalist and Next Iron Chef judge Michael Ruhlman; and Cleveland Foodie blogger, Michelle Venorsky.
