Burning River Roller Girls present Black & Blue 5: The Fur “Brawl”

Sat 11/20 @ 5PM

Get ready for Black & Blue 5: The Fur “Brawl” wherein the Burning River Roller Girls shred the track to benefit the Cleveland Animal Protective League. Besides shredding and slamming one another, the Brawl includes the league’s most anticipated tradition, Full Contact Musical Chairs (on skates), a “Fresh Meat” rite of passage.

More about Black & Blue:

In November 2006, the BRRG debuted with their very first bout on Black Friday, and dubbed the event “Black & Blue.” It was a sold-out event, launching an idea that has been a tradition of the league ever since. Every year the league raises money through Black & Blue for organizations such as the Cleveland Food Bank, Aids Task Force of Greater Cleveland, Toys for Tots and Coats for Kids. The tradition continues as the Burning River Roller Girls prepare to celebrate their fifth season operating as Cleveland’s premier flat track roller derby league with Black & Blue 5: The Fur “Brawl,” a roller derby benefit that will have you howling for more.
