Folks, the long national nightmare has come to an end. Come one come all to toast the 77th Anniversary of Prohibition’s End – a night the excitement spilled into the streets from Euclid Avenue to Short Vincent to West 25th.

Celebrate a showcase of Bar Cento’s executive chef Michael Nowak, who’s experimental menu will debut a multi-course take on prohibition era favorites and two exquisitely well-matched period cocktails sure to satisfy.

Join Emerging Chefs for classic adventures in a “New Deal” venue and a show to remember, including a unique twist on the era’s top tunes, libations, dancing, and more.

Time to thumb our noses at the Volstead Act and the temperance movement by enjoying the dynamic cuisine of Chef Nowak and Depression Era cocktails while in the Speakeasy at Bier Markt – like our own little piece of the “Boardwalk Empire.”
