Welcome a rare opportunity to see five, forever-young first ladies of dance when Germaine Acogny, Carmen de Lavallade, Dianne McIntyre, Bebe Miller and Jawole Willa Jo Zollar each take the stage to perform a solo work. These ground-breaking dancer/choreographers have shaped the history of contemporary dance as they have continued to raise the artistic bar and inspire the dance world. Their span of work can be measured in decades but their influence can be measured one dancer at a time.
