RTA’s 2010-2020 Strategic Plan is “regarding” many different topics important to the citizens of Cuyahoga County — and beyond. The plan is a guide for RTA — to refocus, restructure, renovate, reallocate and reenergize in difficult economic times. This summary of the overall plan provides a snapshot of RTA’s strategy to redefine its path in our region. This plan is about the opportunities that lie ahead in safe, reliable and revolutionized modes of transportation.
