The Cleveland Play House is moving, meaning the Brooks Theatre will be no more. Shaker Heights native Sue Johnson and her actors and playwrights are sending one last message of love and thanks to the good ol’ Brooks Theatre, which has been home for many aspiring young talents. A Love Letter to the Brooks Theatre: An Evening of One Acts will showcase accomplished local actors and playwrights-in-residence. Among the offerings is Love Letters, A.R. Gurney’s Pulitzer Prize nominated play featuring Leon Bibb and Sue Johnson. Bye-bye Brooks!
