In the dead of winter, maple trees are ready to be tapped for maple sap! Walk on the Rocky River Reservation’s Sugarbush Trail from 11AM – 4PM to see sap-collecting methods & syrup making processes. Watch sap be boiled into delicious maple syrup & learn about Ohio history.
