Two cool events happening @ the Beachland on Fri 2/11: First off is the Remember the Davenport Winter Ball and Benefit at 8PM in the Ballroom. Local bands will be covering The Replacements (Good Touch Bad Touch), Black Sabbath (Little Sister), Wilco (Oldboy), No Doubt (NIGHTS) and Hardcore Classics (TV Crimes). Price includes dinner & a drink.
Then, at 9PM in the Tavern will be the Waterloo Alley Cat Project Fundraiser featuring Prisoners [pictured], Rainy Day Saints and Filmstrip. Help out the awesome Waterloo Alley Cat Project, a volunteer organization taking care of homeless cats in Collinwood. The group focuses on spaying/neutering, feeding and providing outdoor shelters.
