Dinosaurs invade Sandy Ridge Reservation on Presidents’ Day weekend. Bring your kids, bring a camera and spend a weekend learning about several kinds of prehistoric animals that lived during the Mesozoic Era, aka “Age of Reptiles.” Sounds like a kid’s paradise.

Try your hand as a paleontologist and learn what dinosaurs ate, how strong the T-Rex was and other fun fact at the Johnson Wetland Center at a dinosaur extravaganza! There will be fossils, dino-games, artifacts, puzzles, and more. We’ll even go on a dinosaur hunt and put together a huge “Dino-skeleton.” This year you can take a hike a in a Super Dino Forest as well. Make sure to bring your camera as there will be many dino photos opportunities. There is no fee for admission. Below is a schedule of events for all three days.
