Oberlin author Lynn Powell will read from and discuss her book Framing Innocence @ Case Western Reserve University on Thu 3/31. Her book tells the story of Oberlin resident Cynthia Stewart, who fought for her innocence in 1999 after being accused of taking obscene photographs of her daughter Nora, 8, bathing. Stewart fought Lorain County’s legal system after her bathing pics were turned over to authorities by a Discount Drug Mart employee.
