What do you do when you’re overrun by an invasive plant species? Pull ’em out and eat ’em, of course. Pestival is a wildly popular event celebrating the creative culinary uses of garlic mustard, an edible, invasive plant pulled from the grounds of the Nature Center at Shaker Lakes.
