Not Your Mother’s Politics

Thu 4/21 @ 6:30PM

Come to Shaker Library for an interactive, intergenerational program about the importance of women in politics.

The scoop: “Women’s voices are important in the political process. Yet, many feel that politics is a man’s world . . .  and they don’t have a place in it. IT’S NOT YOUR MOTHER’S POLITICS – IT’S YOURS! is an Intergenerational Discussion About the Importance of Women’s Voices in the Political Process. The program will feature a discussion of the differences in political attitudes among women of different generations. The discussion will be led by Karen Beckwith, a professor of political science at CWRU, and will feature a panel of women of various ages. If you would like to learn more about the planning of this program, email Susan Troia at smtroiaATaol.com.”
