Sure, Cleveland has suffered many problems. (Do we really need to list them?) But a new report from Chicago nonprofit think tank the Center for Neighborhood Technology says we can get on the right track. All we have to do is develop around our core assets — namely, mass transit and its lakefront port.
According to the report, the hottest areas for redevelopment are areas near the RTA rapid transit Blue and Green lines in Shaker Heights; along Euclid Avenue from University Circle to downtown Cle; Ohio City and Detroit Shoreway.
