Details: “Cuzin’ Dave Days is a project I’ve been talking to people about ever since we lost WRUW DJ Cuzin Dave Newman last year all too suddenly. No one championed Americana and country music with more enthusiasm in this town than Dave. His radio show When the Roses Bloom Again was on the air nearly 40 years at Case Western Reserve University’s mighty WRUW, but Dave was not merely about spinning tracks. Nearly every week, he invited artists who were playing at one club or another in town to come down and talk or play live on his show…”
