Your HELP is needed! Want to help transform the Detroit-Superior Bridge into a year-round public space? Here’s what you can do.
From Terry Schwarz: “We’re about to kick-off a planning process for transforming the lower level of the Detroit-Superior bridge into a year-round public space and event venue. We have a $75,000 grant from NOACA, but we have to raise some matching funds. We’ve entered the bridge in a community challenge sponsored by the National Trust for Historic Preservation. If you have a chance, could you cast your vote for the bridge? And ask your friends to vote too? Info is below—thanks so much. The bridge and the bear would be extremely grateful for your vote.”
Cast your vote. Here’s how:
1. In the blue box, click “register”
2. Enter your email address and zip code (your information will not be shared and you can opt out of receiving any future email messages)
3. On the list of sites, scroll down to “Cleveland Bridge Project” and click on it.
4. In the blue box, click “Vote Now!”
