Pop-up shops are all the rage, but what about pop-up restaurants? Yep, they’re the new thing in town, thanks to the “mad mind” of food obsessed Chef Jonathon Sawyer! Brick & Mortar Pop-Ups allow chefs to experiment with different concepts and unique dining experiences without having to open another eatery. Brick & Mortar Pop-Ups happen at different locations with different chefs creating their own menu. The next Pop-Up happens on Mon 7/11 and Wed 7/13 w/ Chef Chris Hodgson of Dim and Den Sum. “Chef Hodgson of Dim & Dem Sum notariety, will present a prix-fixe menu in his first ever pop up restaurant in the great city of Cleveland. Chris, recently a finalist on America’s Great Food Truck Race (and possible winner, fingers crossed) will finally have his very own stationary dining room in the CLE. Join us for two nights of delicious popup dining!”
