Author Michael Pollan has become the face (one of them, anyways) of the local food movement. If you know what “locavore” means, then chances are you know who Michael Pollan is. He writes about the “places where nature and culture intersect – on our plates, in our farms and gardens and among our human-made surroundings.” He’s the author of the wildly popular The Omnivore’s Dilemma and Second Nature. Hear him speak on Mon 10/24 as part of The Writers Center Stage Series presented by the Cuyahoga County Public Library Foundation.
