Cleveland Tenants Organization is a valuable asset to Cle. In short, CTO helps landlords and tenants understand their rights. In 2010 alone, CTO helped 35,000 households with everything from rental information, foreclosure/eviction diversion, community education, equal housing opportunities, healthy homes and homeless prevention.
