Lakewood: Bicycle Capitol of Northeast Ohio? That’s the goal at least according to the BikeLakewood Master Draft Plan, now available here. The plans call for shared use lanes, bike racks and signage. But the plan isn’t finished yet. Look it over and email all comments to planning@lakewoodoh.net and include in the subject line the following: Bicycle Master Plan Comments.
