The Tri-C Creative Arts Division and the Tri-C Presents are seeking artists for inclusion in Songbook Unbound II, part of Project Gilgamesh. NEO-based artists are invited to submit original art including, but not limited to, dance, music, theater, spoken word based on the oldest story “The Epic of Gilgamesh,” and using new music from the Gilgamesh on the Crooked River Songbook as a launching point for new work. Download the sheet music and recordings to use as a base for creating new, inspiring pieces of work.
Submissions must be received by Fri 2/24. Selected works will be professionally presented on Thu 4/5 in concert by acclaimed composer and violinist Daniel Bernard Roumain (DBR).
