Local rock photogs Maureen Gray and Janet Macoska are hosting a one night pop-up shop, blow-out, photo orgy, exhibition called Crawling From the Wreckage @ Grays Auctioneers. They’ve been everywhere photographing rock stars and now you can see their work and purchase your own prints for $50/piece. Music, drink & munchies provided.
More: Janet Macoska and Mo Gray have survived and succeeded as women photographers in a rock and roll world dominated by men, drugs, alcohol and debauchery. ‘Crawling From The Wreckage’ explores nearly four decades of rock and roll photography from two Cleveland-born women rock and roll photographers whose work has been presented in publications all over the world, on cds, in books and in galleries and museums.
