Sat 5/19 + Sun 5/20
The Hessler Street Fair, now 43 years young, is Cleveland’s unofficial kickoff to the summer festival season.
This 2-day event of food, poetry, politics, handmade goods and tie-dye is always packed with Clevelanders dying to get outside and, well, enjoy a good festival.
Kids will play in Harmony Park (which now features a kids marketplace full of young entrepreneurs) and adults will mingle and listen to poetry. You know the drill, and if you don’t — what gives? This is the place to be in the middle of May. Open 11am – dusk.
