Like a lot of us, Koko Bakery is planning to be in attendance at the upcoming Cleveland Asian Festival on May 19 & 20.
But while we’re just planning to sample all the awesome delicacies that Cleveland’s AsiaTown has to offer, the good folks at Koko have work to do. They have to decide on which of their myriad and delicious offerings to make available at the Festival.
So they’re asking their FB friends to help out. Do you like Almond, Thai Tea, Mango, Honeydew, Taro, or the current fave: Lychee? Log on and vote for your selection, then make plans to do the Asian Festival in a couple of weeks. Sneak a peek at the amazing photos on Koko Bakery’s page of chocolate mousse, custom specialty cakes, egg tarts, fresh baked breads, wine jelly, Hong Kong tea, and Sticky Rice wrapped in a banana or bamboo leaf, known as Zongi Dumplings.
