In a recent Plain Dealer article, “Time to transform Cleveland’s Detroit-Superior Bridge from What-If to Wow,” Joe Frolik writes about local visionary James Levin and his — scratch that… the whole city’s — love affair with the Detroit-Superior Bridge. The lower level of the bridge is open to the city occasionally but plans are underway to transform this space into something really cool. About time.
