Thu 8/23 – all day
It’s no secret East Cleveland contains a huge number of vacant/abandoned homes and yards… which only create eyesores and make extra work for city employees.
Work together on Thu 8/23 to pick up trash (recycling what you can), trim the overgrown bushes, cut the grass, plant flowers, and otherwise improve the appearance of East Cleveland.
Have yard tools, electric lawnmowers or flowering plants to donate? Bring ’em. Along with beautification, this will also serve as an educational project for high school students, who’ll be taught organic gardening.
