Yes, it’s true — strange creatures and wonderful wonders will fill the walls of Kollective Gallery when “Return To The Land Of Make Believe: New works by Jordan Elise of Horrible Adorables” opens on Sat 8/11.
About her: “Jordan graduated in 2009 from the Cleveland Institute of Art with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fiber and Material Studies. Each of her sculptural creations are one-of-a-kind and constructed with foam, real glass taxidermy eyes and A LOT of wool felt. During the day, Jordan works as a freelance toy and textile designer. She has a passion for repeat patterns and doesn’t quite feel like herself if she isn’t clashing at least two in her daily dress.”
