Vickie Hau is an Edison Engineer with GE Lighting at Nela Park, working on sustainable and energy efficient lighting products worldwide. She came to Cleveland four years ago after growing up in Brooklyn, NY and she talks about how Cleveland stacks up against the Big Apple area.
Vickie joined United Way’s Young Leaders to assist the needy in our community and to take advantage of the networking, now she’s got her black dress ready for United Way’s Fall Ball on Sat 10/6 from 8PM – 1AM at the Ritz-Carlton’s Silver Grille at the Higbee’s Building.
This year’s theme is pure Hollywood: Silver Screen Soiree, and features the band Tricky Dick and the Cover-Ups, heavy hors d’oeuvres and the Dirty Dean Martini.
