Friday 10/12 is National Feral Cat Day and, to raise awareness of the work being done to reduce the feral cat population in Collinwood, Waterloo Alley Cat Project presents Kitty Consciousness.
The event, held @ the Beachland, will include 3 local bands — Tinko, Triage, and Infero; a DJ spinning cat related songs (!!); a slideshow showing off their healthy neighborhood feral cats; free appetizers; information about the trap-neuter/spay-release program; and a 50/50 raffle and a silent auction to help raise funds for low cost spaying and neutering. Bring cat food to donate, plz!
