The Morgan Conservatory of Papermaking hosts Watermarks 2012 — an international papermaking conference storming the region. Cle area non-profit galleries and art centers will host 21 exhibitions at 14 different venues. Get ready for papermaking workshops, demos, lectures, exhibitions and gallery & museum tours.

Morgan Conservatory
Paper and book arts are alive and growing in Northeast Ohio! We will be showing off our arts and culture to the world and how we embrace arts and culture as a viable, sustainable industry next week during the Watermarks 2012 Conference in Cleveland. Over 250 people from almost every continent in the world have registered for the Conference.
Well over 2,000 volunteer hours have been spent in support of the Watermarks 2012 Conference along with a huge number of collaborations with area non-profit art centers and galleries donating time, facilities, activities, etc. Local area non-profit organizations, companies and individuals who believe in Cleveland have donated financial support of the conference. We can’t thank you enough!
Serendipitously the Conference coincides with Octavofest, northeast Ohio’s annual celebration of paper and book arts. Octavofest is the most amazing and largest collaboration of arts and culture in Northeast Ohio with free or small fee events for every age and every day of the month everywhere in the region!
