Fri 2/15 @ 7PM
On their Facebook page, Cleveland’s Little Bighorn say, “We play music for love or money.”
You can add “cats” to that list. Little Bighorn will joining Detroit’s Jimmy Ohio & the Ultimate Lovers, and Clevelanders Infero to provide the musical backdrop for the Waterloo Alley Cat Project benefit at the Beachland Ballroom.
The bash is a big annual outpouring of kitty love. TV personality the Ghoul will host. Artist Jake Kelly, who provided all the cats-doing-odd-things pictures on the Waterloo Alley Cat Project posters, will be DJing. There will be tons of raffle and silent auction items from local organizations, businesses, and artists — some cat-related, many not. And you can learn all about the good work this non-profit group, started by Blue Arrow Records co-owner Debbie Gulyas, does to care for North Collinwood’s feral cats. Admission is $5, or only $3 with three cans of wet cat food or a bag of dry food.
