Synopsis: Welcome to Southie, a Boston neighborhood where a “night on the town” means a few rounds of bingo… and a few rounds of beer. Where this month’s paycheck covers last month’s bills, and where Margie Walsh has just been let go from her dollar store job. Scrambling to make ends meet, Margie looks up an old flame who’s made it out of Southie and might just be the break she’s been looking for. This fierce and funny new play was nominated for a 2011 Tony® Award for Best Play.
