Bill Rudman is Cleveland’s keeper of the flame of the Great American Songbook. His The Song Is You! events are eagerly awaited by those who think songwriting reached its pinnacle in the first half of the 20th century.
Today he and his cohorts pay tribute to “Frank Sinatra in Hollywood,” touching on the music Sinatra introduced in films from 1941 through 1964 — songs like “High Hopes,” “Time After Time,” “My Kind of Town” and “The Tender Trap.” Vocalist Vince Mastro and pianist Joe Hunter will join Rudman as he hosts this multi-media concert at the Tri-C Metro Campus. Tickets are $20.
