An Evening of Tango Music at Oberlin College

Fri 4/26 @ 8PM

More and more people are trying their hand at the sultry Argentine dance, the tango.

Subtract the dancing and what do you have? A sensual, intricate and irresistible musical form designed to make hips and feet move.

Tonight at Oberlin College, internationally noted tango advocates pianist Polly Ferman, bandoneon player Daniel Binelli, and vocalist Cristina Perseco will focus on that music when they present An Evening of Intimate Tango at Clonnick Hall at Oberlin College.

It’s the conclusion of a series of programs, workshops, and master classes on tango and other Latin music forms held at the college this month.

It’s free and open to the public. But seating is limited so get there early.
