Northeast Ohio folk/blues/Americana/rock ensemble Shivering Timbers have been on the road for most of the last few months. They’ve got some showcases at the South by Southwest music conference in Austin, Texas under their belts. The tunes from their latest album Sing Sing, released last fall, have most likely been polished until they sparkle.
Their area fans have a chance to see them before they head out for a bunch of slots on summer folk festivals around the region. Bassist Sarah Benn, guitarist Jayson Benn, and drummer Daniel Kshywonis are home in Akron for a show at Musica.
Husbands and Wives and Austin Wolfe open. Admission is $8.
