On Fri 10/4, one of Northeast Ohio’s most legendary bands, Glass Harp, returns to the Kent Stage. The trio of guitarist Phil Keaggy, bassist Dan Pecchio, and drummer John Sferra recorded three albums for Decca Records in the early ’70s before breaking up in 1973.

Keaggy went on to become one of rock’s most celebrated players as he built a career in Christian music. Pecchio was a founding member of the Michael Stanley Band, while Sferra has long been a sought-out drummer for many area musicians.

Glass Harp reunited in the mid ’90s for a show at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and has been playing periodic dates ever since.
