Can you have a respectful online debate these days? Unlikely. The Charles Club want to bring back good ol’ fashioned debate — back when you can disagree with someone and still respect their opinions. You know, before the days of getting pissed off and calling them stupid and unfriending them.
Let’s talk about the death penalty. First up, the Charles Club will host a debate @ Happy Dog on Wed 7/24 with both sides of the table represented. Then, on Mon 7/29, the Cleveland Salon will host a respectful convo on the issue @ Mahall’s.
