A perfect day — sunny but not too hot — brought a sizable crowd to Waterloo Road in North Collinwood for the annual Waterloo Arts Fest.
Local businesses and galleries were augmented by stages, booths, food trucks, and art-making tents in the street. Both Cleveland mayoral candidates, Mayor Frank Jackson and his challenger Ken Lanci, stopped by.
