Michael Stanley To Do One More Outdoor Show This Summer

Fri 9/6 @ 7PM

For Michael Stanley fans, summer’s not quite over yet.

They can cap the season with another outdoor concert by Stanley and his band the Resonators at the Perici Amphitheater in Twinsburg. You know they’ll play a lengthy set jam-packed with old Michael Stanley Band favorites as well as the cream of the songs on the many albums he’s recorded since that band’s 1987 breakup.

As a special treat, the opening act is guitarist/singer/songwriter Jonah Koslen, a founding member of MSB who left the band in 1977 to form Breathless and later Jonah Koslen and the Heroes.

Stanley hates to sing fan favorite “Strike Up the Band” from the band’s 1976 sophomore album Ladies Choice, so he always has another band member sing it. Since Koslen penned that song, don’t be too surprised if he gets tapped for the honors on this night.

Tickets are $33 in advance, $50 at the door.
