Mon 9/30 @ 3pm
Get a close, personal look at music making w/ Grammy-winning jazz vocalist/pianist Diana Krall. She’s conducting a free master class for students @ Tri-C Metro.
“This workshop, presented by one of the most revered talents in contemporary music, is a fantastic opportunity for students of music and the recording arts,” said Chris Ludwa, Tri-C’s executive director of performing arts and music. “It’s the kind of hands-on, practical experience students enrolled in music and recording arts get throughout their experience here. And it’s a wonderful example of how the historic Tri-C JazzFest lives on all year, through a variety of educational experiences.”
You don’t have to be student to go. Even though Diana Krall is conducting the class for students, anyone is welcome to sit in the audience and watch the goings-0n. All you have to do is register. And don’t miss her concert the night before @ PlayhouseSquare.
