The Warehouse District & Flats Rise Again
The Historic Warehouse District is a place to go for a night out on the town, with a host of dance clubs, restaurants, bars and shops operating out of the warehouses. There is also a significant population living right in the historic buildings, as well has loft offices and live/work spaces. Recently, newly constructed, modern condominiums also provide an alternate to the historic structures.
The Flats have a major new wave of economic momentum with the opening of the Greater Cleveland Aquarium, which adds to the touring venues and places to eat, drink and laugh. The Flats is experiencing a rebirth, so expect more to come.
