PHOTOSTREAM: MOCA Hex Party 10.12.13

Hundreds of visual artists and their patrons mingled among MOCA’s four floors and enjoyed what some have come to know as the party of the year, as they set the tone for silent auction bidding, socializing and enjoying the exhibition currently on display: “Everything All At Once,” featuring work by Jeffrey Chiplis, Dana Depew, Jennifer Omaitz and Elizabeth Emery.

Wine and cheese? I don’t thing so. Marigold Catering offered farm-to-table delicacies while heavy hitters delighted in the awesome MOCA venue.

At 9PM, a decidedly younger group poured in to dig Brooklyn-based group j.views present their funked-out musical soundscapes, movement and vocalizing.

But if you arrived at 11PM, you got to check out the Hood Internet mashing up the sublime and the profane as Q dazzled the crowd with his gravity-defying breakdance moves.

Were you there? Check out the PHOTOSTREAM here.
