Evie Morris is well known in the area theater community. But it wasn’t until three years ago that she started playing music as a duo with her husband of 33 years, Stephen.
They call themselves Eve N’ Stephen and they play a repertoire of old-timey pop, folk, and other fun stuff.
They’ll be celebrating their 33rd anniversary this week in the cozy environment of the Barking Spider, where they will be recording their set. So they’d love to have some enthusiastic listeners there to help raise the energy level in the room.
For this occasion, they’ll be joined by bassist Dale Taylor, and harmonica player David Krauss.
There’s no cover; the Spider passes a hat for the musicians.
