Well, how about buying someone special concert tickets — for next July?
But in what has to be the earliest ever announcement for a Blossom Music Center season, Live Nation has just announced the first show of summer 2014. Usually dates starting rolling in around February or March.
On Tuesday July 8, three classic rock hitmakers from the ’70s and ’80s — Journey (pictured), the Steve Miller Band, and Tower of Power — will perform there at the bucolic pavilion in Cuyahoga Falls. It definitely won’t be as chilly as it is today.
But get yourself in the summer frame of mind, because tickets go on sale this week. Platinum tickets go on sale Tuesday 11/19; general public on sale is 10 am Fri 11/22.
Tickets are $36-$172.
