Shaker Square is getting a new look… via a brand new mural. Coral Company wanted to revitalize Shaker Square with a mural representing the neighborhood. After teaming up with the Center for Arts-Inspired Learning, a survey was sent around the neighborhood to see what theme the community wanted represented. The overwhelming response was “diversity.” So, CAL roster teaching artist Augusto Bordelois worked to create a mural “highlighting the social, cultural, and racial diversity of Shaker Square.” Be on the lookout for it.
